Audi connect® serves as your in-vehicle guide to places of interest, weather reports, travel information, fuel prices, and so much more. This intuitive system carefully considers the various ways that you experience the road. Stay informed, find your way, and get peace of mind with Audi connect®.
Find Your Way
Using Google Earth™ integration, Audi connect® can deliver precise navigational data. Giving you an in-depth view of your destination, Google Earth™ can display 3D satellite imagery directly on the MMI® display. Google Voice Search™ can interpret your voice request and provide you with a list of destinations in your area. Audi Semi-Dynamic Route Guidance with INRIX XD® Traffic provides real-time traffic data, insights for best routes, estimated arrival times, and accident alerts to help you arrive both safely and on time.
Stay Informed
Get access to the information you need the most right from the driver's seat of your Audi. It's no secret that fuel prices tend to fluctuate quite often. Simply search Audi connect® to get a comprehensive list of local fueling stations in addition to price information. Your Audi can even provide you with a countdown clock which indicates when the traffic light will change thanks to real-time traffic light information. Searching for a parking spot? This advanced system can search parking locations, determine space availability, and give you turn-by-turn directions. Audi connect® offers in-vehicle 4G LTE® connectivity with Wi-Fi® hotspot and room for up to 8 devices.
Peace of Mind
Also available through Audi connect®, geofencing technology lets you set customized Curfew, Speed, or Valet Alerts. Find your Audi remotely with Car Finder, lock or unlock your vehicle, and even check to see if you've left the windows or trunk open. In the event of an emergency, the system has the ability to automatically notify authorities should an accident occur or help locate the vehicle if it has been stolen. Should you require roadside assistance, a simple touch of a button lets you request help. Audi connect® is able to schedule a service appointment right from the MMI® display.
How to Set up Audi connect®
Your Audi Brand Specialist will activate Audi connect® in your vehicle at the dealership. Should you need to set up the system yourself, follow the steps provided below.
- Step 1: Create your myAudi account online at www.AudiUSA.com
- Step 2: Activate your Audi connect® by creating a myAudiconnect account. Provide your vehicle's VIN number for verification.
- Step 3: Certain features require an additional layer of verification before they can be used. As such, you will need to establish the 'Key User' of the vehicle. Follow the 5 step process for verification to receive your Key User Agreement ID.
- Step 4: Dealership authentication is required in order access security sensitive remote features. Contact your Audi dealership and provide the Agreement ID.
- Step 5: Enter your account information into the MMI® display of your vehicle. Locate your vehicle code which should come attached to your keys upon purchase. Enter this vehicle code to confirm registration.
How much does Audi connect® cost?
New vehicles equipped with Audi connect® come with a complimentary six-month trial period. There are three options of Audi connect® to choose from. After six months, some Audi connect® services require a paid subscription.
